Performance & Concert Proposals is the misomusic.com space where you can find proposals of spectacles, concerts, ateliers and workshops, for distinct publics and with different programmes of diversified dimensions, produced or managed by the Miso Music Portugal.
The diversity of our projects will certainly satisfy event organizers interested in contemporary creation, which joins music, technology and various arts (theatre, video, painting, dance, architecture…). Our innovative performance offers of quality are always a challenge for creators and performers, reinventing common concert conventions, appealing to the curiosity of the audiences, as well as intending to be privileged vehicles of communication and transmission of music reinventing itself everyday.
On the one hand you will find here spectacles of new opera, electroacoustic theatre and sound poetry, but also concerts of chamber music with electronics, as well as the Loudspeaker Orchestra. On the other hand the Miso Music Portugal develops special projects of education through art, dedicated to young publics, which apart from their artistic and entertainment value also possess a strong pedagogical side, presenting, both to the young and the adults, a universe of narratives and sound environments, which converges multiple music expressions and aesthetics.
The Miso Music Portugal also organizes workshops for students and professionals on new technologies connected with creation and music diffusion, as well as ateliers for children around each project.
